<sup>하천 정비사업의 일환이었던 제방이 우이천을 주변부와 단절, 고립시키고 있다. 더불어 우이천변의 녹화거리는 하천에 대한 거리감을 더욱 두텁게 하고 있어 접근을 방해하고 있다. 이렇듯 하천일대의 공간적 제약과 폐쇄적인 녹지대 조성으로 인해 우이천변의 공간적 이용은 매우 단순화 되었으며 기능, 여가, 문화적으로 쇠퇴하였다.

이에 막혀있던 공간을 열어주고 주변부와 적극적으로 소통해, 하천과 긴밀한 관계를 조성함으로 대상지를 노원구 월계동의 수변문화감성공간으로서 제안한다. 나아가 주변에 산재되어 있는 연계 자원과 대상지가 가지고 있는 경관 자원을 적극적으로 활용함으로서 고립된 녹지섬에서 벗어나 모두가 즐길 수 있는 열린 수변거점형 공간으로의 새로운 도약을 기대한다.</sup>

The embankment, which was part of a river maintenance project, disconnects and isolates Uicheon Stream from the surrounding area. In addition, the greening distance along the Uicheon Stream increases the sense of distance to the river, hindering access. As such, the spatial use of the Uicheon Stream has been very simplified and declined functionally, leisure, and culturally due to the spatial constraints of the river area and the creation of a closed green area.

The target site is proposed as a waterfront cultural emotional space in Wolgye-dong, Nowon-gu, by opening up the blocked space and actively communicating with the surrounding area to create a close relationship with the river. Furthermore, by actively utilizing the connected resources scattered around and the landscape resources of the target site, it is expected to take a new leap away from the isolated green island and into an open waterfront-based space where everyone can enjoy.

거점 1 : 우이마을마당, 수국테라스

01. 우이마을마당

Ui Madang is a place where local residents can take a light walk with their family or friends, and it is a base-type community space where they can enjoy looking down at Uicheon Stream from the side of the river.

02. 수국테라스

^{여름이 되면 테라스 사이사이에 수국이 만개하여 장관을 이룬다. 수국테라스는 ‘초안산수국동산’에서부터 이어져 오는 경험의 클라이맥스가 될 수 있는 공간이다. 즉, 자연경관을 자연스럽게 접할 수 있는 공간이자 열린 마당과 정원, 놀이공간이 결합된 수변감성 여가공간이다.}

In summer after spring, hydrangeas are in full bloom between the terraces, creating a spectacular view. The Suguk Terrace is a space that can be the climax of the experience that continues from 'Choan Mountain'. In other words, it is a waterfront leisure space that combines an open yard, garden, and play space as well as a natural scenery.

거점 2 : 건강마당, 개울놀이터, 전망테라스

01. 건강마당

^{건강마당은 전망테라스와 결합하여 운동과 전망, 휴식을 동시에 즐길 수 있는 공간이다. 하천을 내려다보며 운동하는 독특한 경험을 제공하고 아이부터 노인까지 이용가능한 간편한 운동시설을 배치하여 남녀노소 즐길 수 있도록 계획하였다.}

The Gungang Madang is a space where you can enjoy exercise, view, and rest at the same time in combination with the observation terrace. It was planned to provide a unique experience of exercising overlooking the river and to arrange simple exercise facilities that can be used by children to the elderly so that men and women of all ages can enjoy it.

02. 개울놀이터

The Gaewul playground is located at the top of the observation terrace and is a water play area that recreates the experience of playing with water on the riverfront. It is a hydrophilic space consisting of a stream made of stone, a cascade-type hydroponic facility, and a waist-high floor fountain.

The Jeonmang Terrace is a base facility that harmonizes with the surrounding landscape, especially a view specialized space that provides an emotional waterfront landscape with night view lighting. It is hoped that it will be a place where you can relax while looking at Uicheon and Bukhan Mountain and be loved by local residents.
